Section 14: Reservation

Compliance of Reservation Act of the Government and reservation roster issued by the Government, from time to time, for direct recruitment as well as promotion shall be necessary.

15. The chain of posts mentioned in the Appendix shall come into effect only after approval of the Government. If any change made by the Government in the chain of post 6 ǐबहार गजट (असाधारण), 4 नवà बर, 2024 mentioned in the appendix in course of consideration of approval, then the Appendix, shall be deemed to be changed or amended accordingly.

16. The personnels appointed/promoted and working on the posts of this cadre mentioned in the Appendix, from before coming into effect of these Rules, shall be deemed to be automatically included in this cadre.
