Section 2: Definitions

The Bihar Dresser Cadre Rules, 2024State Rules of Bihar · 2011

In these Rules, unless otherwise required in the subject or context:-

(i) 'Government' means the Government of Bihar;

(ii) 'Department' means the Health Department;

(iii) 'Commission' means Bihar Technical Service Commission;

(iv) 'Appointing Authority' means Director-in-Chief, Health Services, Bihar, Patna;

(v) 'Cadre' means Bihar Dresser Cadre, and

(vi) 'Appendix' means appendix mentioned at the end of these Rules.
