Section 32: Budget estimates

The Employees’ State Insurance Act, 1948State Act of Bihar · Act 34 of 1948

The Corporation shall in each year frame a budget showing the probable receipts and the expenditure which it proposes to incur during the following year and shall submit a copy

1. The words and letter “Part B State” omitted by Act 53 of 1951, s. 11 (w.e.f. 6-10-1951).

2. Ins. by Act 29 of 1989, s. 9 (w.e.f. 1-5-1997).

18 of the budget for the approval of the Central Government before such date as may be fixed by it in that behalf. The budget shall contain provisions adequate in the opinion of the Central Government for the discharge of the liabilities incurred by the Corporation and for the maintenance of a working balance.
