Section 2: Amendment in Rule 5 of the said Rules 1950

Bihar Factories (Amendment) Rules, 2016State Rules of Bihar · 1948

(1) First Para of Sub-Rule (2) of Rule 5 of the said Rule shall be substituted by the following:- “(2) Every license granted or renewed under this chapter shall remain valid for a period of next 10 (ten) years and in force up to the 31 st December of the year for which it is granted or renewed :-

Provided that every license granted to the factories, declared under section 85 of the said Factories Act, 1948, shall be effective till the closure of such factories”
