Power of Clief Inspecior to exen:pt.*Where the Chief Inspector is satisfied in resp-ect of any paiticular factory or part thereof or in respect of any description of workroom or process thatlny iequirement of ruiis 3l to 33 is inappropriate or is not reasonably practicable, he may by order in writing exempt the f actory or. part thereof, or description of workroom or process from sucl requirement to such extent and subject to such conditioni as he may specify.
