Section 53: Type of spittoons

The Bihar factory Rules 1950State Rules of Bihar · 1948

The spittoons shall be of any of the following types :-

(a) a salvatized iron container with a conical funnel-shaped cover. A\ / Ialer of suitable disinfectant liquiJ shall always bc maintained in thc container;

(b) a container filled with dry, c'ean sand, and covered with a layer of bleaching Powder ;

(c) any other type ::pproved by the Chief Inspector.
