Section 57: Jurisdiction

Bihar Fire Service Act, 2014State Act of Bihar · Act 6 of 2014

No court inferior to that of a Judicial Magistrate first class shall try an offence punishable under this Act.

58. Protection of action taken in good faith—No suit, prosecution or other legal proceeding shall lie against any person for anything which is in good faith done or intended to be done in pursuance of this Act or any rules made there under.
