Commercial Taxes Department notification number S.O. 183, dated the 25th November, 2020, published in the Bihar Gazette, Extraordinary, vide number 909, dated the 25th November, 2020 shall deemed to have been effective retrospectively during the period commencing from the 1st day of October, 2020 and ending with the 24th day of November, 2020 (both days inclusive).
