Section 2: Definition

The Bihar Goshala Rules, 1953State Rules of Bihar · 1950

In these rules unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context –

(a) ‘form’ means a form appended to these rules;

(b) ‘section’ means a section of the Act;

(c) ‘the Act’ means the Bihar Goshala Act, 1950; and

(d) all other words and expressions used herein but not defined shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them under the Act.
