(2] 2. Definitions.- Unless otherwise . .. 1w wl the subject or context, in these Rules:- (i) ‘Government' means Bihar State Government;

(i) 'Commission’ means Bihar Stall Selection Commission; ) —
(iv) 'Appointing Authority' means Dircetor-in-Chicf, ITealth Services, Bihar;
(v) 'Cadre’ means Bihar Health Library Cadre;
(vi) 'Appendix' means appendix appended to these Rules; and
(vii) 'Library' means Libraries of different offices of the Health Department, different Medical Colleges/Ayush Medical Colleges/Tibbi College.
3 Constitution of Cadre.- (1) The Health Library shall be State level Cadre. In this cadre, number of posts in every category and total number of posts in the cadre shall be as many as may be sanctioned by the Government, from time to time.
(2) The posts of Library Assistant Librarian etc in different offices of the Health Department, different Medical Colleges/AYUSH Medical Colleges/Tibbi Colleges shall be deemed to be included in this cadre.
