Section 15: Reservation

1ewill be neeessary to comply with the Reservation Policy of the Government and reservation roster for direct recruitment and promotion, issued by the Government, from time to time.

16. The chain of posts mentioned in Appendix shall be effective only after approval of the Government. I in course of consideration of approval, any modification or amendment is made by the Government in the chain of posts mentioned in appendix-1 then the appendix-1 shall be deemed to be modified or amended accordingly and such modified/amended level of posts shall be deemed to be the part of these Rules.

17. The personnel's appointed/promoted and working on the posts of Library Assistant, Librarian ete in the different offices of the Health department/Medical Colleges/AYUSH Medical College/Tibbi College prior to coming into force of these Rules, shall be deemed to be automatically included in this cadre.
