(1) All Rules Resolutions, Orders, Instructions ele. issued from time to time, by the Department with respect to this cadre prior the comming into force of these Rule: II'be deemed to be repealed into force of these Rules.
(2) Notwithstanding such repeal, any thing done or any action taken in exercise of powers conferred by aforesaid Rules, Resolutions, Orders, Instructions etc shall be deemed to be done or taken under these Rules, as it these Rules were in force on the date on which such a work was done or such an action was taken.

(i) The number of post and pay scale of the posts of aforesaid categories Noteshall be determined by the Government from time to time.
(ii) Promotion te higher post from basic Category shall be made on the basis of seniority cum merit according to availability of vacancics and KALAWADH] determined by the Government and on the recommendation of the Departmental Promotion Committee constituted by the Department.
