(1) The appointing authority, after caleulating vacancy on the basis of position as on Ist April of the year and getting roster cleared, shall send reservation category wise requisition to the Commission latest by 30th April.
(2) In light of requisition, the Commission shall invite applications after advertising vacancies. The Commission shall prepare merit list, on the basis of Sub-rule(2). For preparation of merit list the marks obtained in Intcrview shall be added to the marks obtained after calculation of marks on the basis of educational qualification. Accordingly the merit list shall be preparcd on the basis of marks obtained. Preliminary scrutiny of the certificates and medical check up shall be conducted by the Commission with the cooperation of the Appointing Authority, and thereafter reservation categorywise final recommendation in accordance with the requisitioned vacancies, shall be sent to the Appointing Authority. At the level of Appointing Authority-also, antecedents of ~candidates shall “be caused to be ™~ verified after scrutiny of certificates.
(5) (a) After receipt of recommendation of the commission, it shall be necessary to comply with the instructions, issued by the Government, from time to time, with respect to procedure of appointment.
