Where any electric supply-lines meters, fittings, works or apparatus belonging to a licensee are placed in or upon any premises or land, not being in the possession of the licensee, such electric supply-lines, meters, fittings, works and apparatus shall not be liable to be taken in execution under any process of any Civil Court or in any proceedings in insolvency against the person in whose possession the same may be.
