Section 1: Short Title, Extent and Commencement

The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009State Act of Bihar · Act 4 of 2010

(1) This Act may be called The Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009.

(2) It shall extend to the whole of the State of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force from such date as notified by the Government in the Bihar Gazette.
