The following sub-section-28 shall be added after sub-section-(27) of section-2 of the said Act:- "The Pre-Mutation Revenue Sketch Map means a verified portion of the revenue map finally published on the basis of Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011 and Rules, 2012 which shall be submitted by raiyats to Circle Officer of their region conducting the process of mutation enclosing the petition of mutation. The part of the land, acquiring interest by raiyats in such map which shall be submitted to the Circle Officer for mutation shall be demarcated clearly with boundary."
