Section 16: Calendar of cases

The Bihar Land Tribunal Rules, 2010State Rules of Bihar · 2009

(1) The Tribunal shall draw up a calendar for hearing of cases and as far as possible, hear and decide the cases according to the calendar.

(2) Every application and the cases and proceeding received on transfer shall be heard and decided, as far as possible, within six months from the date of registration.

(3) The Tribunal shall have the power to decline prayer for adjournment and also to limit the time for oral arguments.
