Notwithstanding anything contained in any provisions of the Bihar Land Tribunal Act or any other Act or Manual as referred to in section 9 of the Act or in any other law for the time being in force, the Tribunal may pass interim order as an exceptional measure, if it is satisfied for reasons to be recoded in writing, that it is necessary to do so for preventing any loss or damage being caused to the applicant or in any exceptional circumstance, during pendency of the application or proceeding before it as an exception.
