Section 20: Administrative Control on the Members of the Cadre

Bihar Local Area Engineering Service (Recruitment and Service conditions) Rules, 2016State Rules of Bihar · 1949

i. Administrative Department for all grades of posts shall be Principal Secretary/ Secretary, Planning & Development Department.

ii. Creation of New posts/appointment/Confirmation/Promotion in all grades/transfer/ posting and deputation etc in the cadre shall be maintained by the Government notification at the department and Department shall be the competent Authority for these orders.
