Section 13: Chains of Promotion

Bihar Malaria Inspector Cadre Rules, 2015.State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy, confirmed Malaria Inspectors may be considered to be promoted according to the merit cum-seniority.

(2) For promotion, compliance of instructions with respect to “KALAWADHI” issued by the Government, from time to time, shall be necessary.

(3) Compliance of instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, with respect to promotion and character Roll/P.A.R., allegation/departmental proceedings/ criminal proceedings etc., shall be required at the time of consideration of promotion.
