Section 12: Maintenance of records and reporting

The Bihar Mental Healthcare (State Mental Health Authority) Regulations, 2023State Regulations of Bihar · 2017

(1) The mental health establishments under the State Government shall keep the medical records in the manner specified in Form B.

(2) The Authority may call for any medical record on receipt of any complaint.

(3) The medical records shall be kept for the period in accordance with the extant Bihar Government instructions or any other law for the time being in force.
