Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement

Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation and Storage) (Amendment) Rules, 2021State Rules of Bihar · 1957

(1) These Rules shall be called Bihar Minerals (Concession, Prevention of Illegal Mining, Transportation & Storage) Amendment Rules, 2021.

(2) It shall extend to the whole state of Bihar.

(3) It shall come into force from the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
