Section 12: Payment of fees

(1) AII fees to be paid under these rules shall be paid into the local treasury under the head of accourit i'XXXVl. Misc. Department- Labour and Employment- Fees from the Bihar MotorTransport Workers Rules" up to 31st March 1962, and thereafter under the head of account 2 1"XXXI l -'n ir.. Departments- Social and Development Organisation- Labour and Employment -Fees from the Bihar Motor Transport Workers Rules" and receipt obtained which shall be submitted alongwith the application.

1114; tf an application for the grant, renewal, amendment or issue oi a duplicate certificate of registration is rejected, the fee paid shall be refunded to the applicant.l
