No person shall be appointed as an lnspector unless he - (t ) (a) posseses a University d-egree;
(c) has.obtained a degree in Labour and Social Wetfare, Personnetmanagement or any aliied course of study from any institution .
recognised by the State Goyernment;
(d) is not belowo2l ,years and not above 45 years of age;
(e) has worked for at least two years as -Labour or Wqlfare Officer in an-indrrstiial establishment or State Government department; or .
