The Bihar Motors Transport Workers Rules, 1962State Rules of Bihar · 1961

Everyemployershallprovideeachworkerwithabook in form No. VII inurtin"tter called'the Leave Books). The Leave Book shall be the property of the worker and the employer or his agent shall not demand it except to make necessary entries and'shatt not keep it for more than a week at a time.

Frovided that if any leave card or similar reco.rd giving fullparticulars of the leave as shown in the leave book is issued by the employer to the- motor ir"^rp"n *orkJ.ru"n."tJ"r record may by accepted by order in writing by the Chief lnsPector.
