Section 26: Amendment of Section 158 of the Bihar Act 11, 2007

The Bihar Municipal (Amendment) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 2 of 2014

.A new section 158A shall be added after section 158 of the said Act namely:

“158A Any property that has adopted a sustainable technique of rain water harvesting approved by the government may be given relief of five percent of the total Property Tax.”
