Section 7: Validity of Merit list

The merit list recommended by the commission shall remain valid till the appointment of the candidates or for a period of one year from the receipt of the recommendation in the department whichever is earlier. Only such numbers of the candidates shall be recommended by the commission as have been requisitioned. There shall not be any waiting panel.
