Section 15: To Lay the Rules on the floor of Legislature

Every rule made by the State Government shall be laid before each house of the State Legislature immediately in the session, called for minimum fourteen days or which may comprise one session or two or more successive sessions or the successive session and if before the adjournment of the earlier session, immediately following the session or the successive session aforesaid if both houses agree in making any modification in the rule or disagree the rule thereafter will have effect only in such modified form or 8 ॢबह�र गजट [स�ध�रण�� 6 अ�ील 2016 be of no effect, as the case may be; so, however, that any such modification or annulment shall be without prejudice to the legal validity of anything done previously under that rule.
