Section 7: Sub-ordinate officers and Employees

Bihar Police Sub-ordinate Services Commission Act, 2016State Act of Bihar · Act 6 of 2016

For conduct of business of the Commission, posts of Sub-ordinate officers and employees will be created and terms and conditions of their service will be in conformity with the rules made by The State Government under this Act.
