Section 14: Issue of duplicate licence under sub-section (3) of section 20

(1). If a licence granted under sub-section (2) of section 20 is lost or destroyed. The licence shall make an application to the Veterinary Officer for issuing a duplicate thereof.
(2). On receipt of the application, under sub-rule (1), the Veterinary Officer shall, after making such enquiry as he thinks fit and after being satisfied that the licence has been actually lost or destroyed, issue a duplicate of the licence to the applicant on payment of a fee of fifty naye paise in cash, and a receipt therefore shall be granted to the applicant.
(2). A duplicate licence granted under sub-rule (2) shall be clearly marked “Duplicate”.
