Section 4: Authority to whom and the manner in which a report under section 5 (1) shall be made

Bihar Preservation and Improvement of Animals Rules, 1960State Rules of Bihar · 1956

(1) For the purpose of sub-section (1) of section 5, the Block Development Officer, Project Executive Officer, Circle Officer, or Anchaladhikari shall be the prescribed authority to who a report that an animal is infective shall be made.

(2). The report shall be made in Form I.
