Section 17: Insertion of proviso after sub-section (1) of section-76 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016

Bihar Prohibition and Excise (Amendment) Act, 2018State Act of Bihar · Act 8 of 2018

After sub-section (1) of section-76 of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, the following proviso shall be inserted:- "Provided that offence committed for the first time under sub section (1) of section-37 and offence under section- 54 of the Act shall be bailable."
