Notwithstanding anything contained contrary in any other Act, Ordinances, Rules or decision or judgment, decree or order of any Court of Law, the provisions of this Act shall have overriding effect and all acts done according to the provisions of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 by Assistant Sub- inspectors of Police shall be deemed to be valid.
