Section 7: Amendment in section 6 of the Bihar Act, 18 of 2002 - sub-section (1) of section 6 of the said Act shall be substituted by the following

The Bihar Protection of Interest of Depositors (In Financial Establishments) (Amendment) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 19 of 2013

"(1) The Competent Authority shall assess to deposit liabilities and the assets of the financial establishment and submit the statement thereof to the Designated Court, within 30 days of the order under section 4(1)."
