Section 11: Bar of jurisdiction of courts

The Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015State Act of Bihar · Act 19 of 2015

No civil court shall have jurisdiction to hear, decide or deal with any question or to determine any matter which is by or under this Act required to be heard, decided or dealt with or to be determined by the Public Grievance Redressal Officer, first appellate authority, second appellate authority or the officer nominated by the State Government.
