The following proviso shall be added in sub section (a) of Section-2 of the Bihar Right to Public Grievance Redressal Act, 2015:- "Provided the matter related with Ration Card notified under the Bihar Right to Public Services Act, 2011 shall be deemed as complaint under this Act."
