Section 10: Power of the State Government to send the applications to Appellate Authority directly

Bihar Right to Public Services Act, 2011State Act of Bihar · Act 4 of 2011

Notwithstanding the other provisions of the Act, the State Government, if it gets an application alleging non-compliance of the provisions, may send the same directly to the Appellate Authority for taking further actions as per the Act.
