Section 10: Applicability of Other Charges

Rooftop Solar Grid Interactive Systems Based on Net-Metering Regulations, 2015 (No Amendment)State Regulations of Bihar · 2003

The rooftop solar system under net metering arrangement, whether self-owned or third party owned installed on eligible consumer premises, shall be exempted from banking and wheeling charges and cross subsidy surcharge. Eligible consumer availing net metering facility cannot avail banking facility.

Provided that banking shall be as per the BERC (Terms and conditions for determination of Tariff for solar energy sources) (3 rd amendment) Regulations, 2014.
