Sub-rule (1) of rule 4 of Bihar Electricity Duty Rules 1949 shall be substituted by the following, namely :- "(1) When the appropriate authority after making such enquiry as he considers necessary, is satisfied that the applicant has given all the required information and that the application, is in order, he shall, register the applicant and grant him a certificate of registration in Form II which shall be made available to be applicant on the official website of the commercial taxes department."
