Section 13: Chain-post of promotion

Bihar Sanitary Inspector Cadre Rules, 2014State Rules of Bihar · 2011

(1) Subject to availability of vacancy, confirmed Sanitary Inspector may be considered to be promoted to the chain of posts in Appendix-1, according to merit cum seniority.

(2) For promotion, it will be necessary to comply the instructions related to 'KALAWADHI' issued by the Government, from time to time, shall be necessary.

(3) It will be required to comply the instructions issued by the Government, from time to time, related to promotion, and Character Roll/PAR, allegation/ departmental proceedings/criminal proceedings, etc at time on consideration of promotion.
