The Board may, by notification in the official gazette and subject to confirmation by the Department, make Regulations not inconsistent with the Act and the Rules made thereunder to provide for all or any of the following matters, namely: -
(a) the procedure to be followed in regulating the conduct of business at meetings of the Board;
(b) for regulating the schools/institutions affiliated with the Board ;
(c) for improvement of teaching standards for imparting education in the schools affiliated with the Board;
(d) the affiliation/de-affiliation of schools;
(e) prescribing the mode and manner of permanent/regular appointment of officers and employees of the Board and qualifications for such posts;
(f) the service conditions of the Officers and employees of the Board; and
(g) any such matter which by this Act or the Rules made thereunder are to be or may be provided by Regulations.
