All assets and liabilities of the Board acquired in any of its offices such as immovable, movable, land, buildings, stores, vehicles, books, cash, securities, investments, furniture and other shall be deemed to be under control of the Board. All such agreements and contracts done before commencement of this Act and liabilities so created shall be deemed to be under this Act.
