Section 9: Amendment of Section-12 of Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952 (Bihar Act 7 of 1952)

Bihar School Examination Board (Amendment) Act 2011State Act of Bihar · Act 6 of 2011

(1) In clause (f) of Section-12 of the Bihar School Examination Board Act 1952 ( Bihar Act 7 of 1952) following shall be substituted-

(f) Payment of grants among secondary schools and senior secondary schools to enable such schools to introduce revised courses of studies and to make other improvements;

(2) In first proviso of clause (i) of Section-12 the words "Director, of public Instruction, Bihar" shall be substituted by "Director, Secondary Education, Bihar."
