Section 7: Jurisdiction of Special Court as to Trial of Offences

The Bihar Special Courts Act, 2009State Act of Bihar · Act 5 of 2010

A Special Court shall have jurisdiction to try any person alleged to have committed the offence in respect of 8 �बहार गजट (असाधारण)] 8 फरवर� 2010 which a declaration has been made under section 5, either as principal, conspirator or abettor and All of them can be jointly tried therewith at one trial in accordance with the Code.
