Section 9: Inviting objections to the khanapuri record of rights

The Bihar Special Survey and Settlement Act, 2011State Act of Bihar · Act 24 of 2011

Claims and objections shall be invited and compiled at the end of the khanapuri operations in the revenue village concerned and shall be heard and disposed of in the prescribed manner by an officer not below the rank of Assistant Settlement Officer/ Circle Officer/ Consolidation Officer.

Provided cases in which claims and objections have been decided under section-7 of this Act by an officer of the rank of Assistant Settlement Officer/ Circle Officer/ Consolidation Officer, shall not be heard and disposed of by the same Officer.
