Section 12: Membership of a Sports Association

The Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Sports Associations) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 21 of 2013

(1) Every District Level Sports Association, registered under this Act, shall be a member of the concerned State level Sports Association.

(2) Every primary Sports Body shall be a member of the concerned District Level Sports Association.

(3) Subject to the provisions of this Act, any addition, deletion or change in membership may be made only at a General Body meeting of a sports Association.
