Section 19: Conciliation and Arbitration

The Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Sports Associations) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 21 of 2013

(1) If any dispute arises relating to the constitution, management activity, election or claim to affiliation of any Sports Association, the same shall be resolved through Conciliation and Arbitration.

(2) The Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 ( Act No. 26 of 1996) as amended from time to time, shall apply to the Conciliation and Arbitration proceeding referred to under sub section (1).
