Section 23: Power to call for Records and Inspection

The Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Sports Associations) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 21 of 2013

(1) The Registrar or the Bihar State Sports Council may call for any record of a sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.

(2) The State Level Sports Association may call for any record of and affiliated District Level Sports Association required for an enquiry under this Act.

(3) Bihar State Sports Council may call for any record of State Sports association, District Sports Council or District Level Sports Association for any enquiry under this Act.
