Section 38: Appeal

The Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Sports Associations) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 21 of 2013

Any Sports Associations or person aggrieved by an order made by the Registrar under the provisions of this Act may appeal against the order to Bihar State Sports Council within thirty days of such an order being made final and a revision against the order passed by Bihar State Sports Council shall lie with the High Court within thirty days of such an order;

Provided that Director, Student & Youth Welfare, Government of Bihar shall not participate in the proceeding in case of an appeal against the order of Registrar under the Act.
