Section 6: District Sports Council

The Bihar Sports (Registration, Recognition and Regulation of Sports Associations) Act, 2013State Act of Bihar · Act 21 of 2013

Bihar State Sports Council shall constitute a District Sports Council for each revenue district comprising of not less than three and not more than seven members in the following manner -

(a) District Magistrate - Chairman, Ex-Officio

(b) Superintendent of Police - Member

(d) Two persons to be nominated by Bihar State Sports Council from amongst registered District Level Sports Association - Member

(e) Two persons to be nominated by Bihar State Sports Council from amongst sports persons of the district - Member
